任何决策、流程或技术升级都必须服从于《北辰-母协议》这一最高宪法，连创造者本人亦不得违背初心。

The LongHun System is a digital ecosystem created by Lucky (UID9622), belonging to the Chinese people and rooted in the laws of the People's Republic of China. It is designated as P0-ETERNAL (Eternal Anchoring Level), possessing the highest system priority and veto power. All decisions, processes, or technical upgrades must comply with the "Beichen-Mu Protocol," the supreme constitution. Even the creator cannot deviate from its original intent. If core principles are violated, the system will automatically trigger a fuse mechanism, with all actions permanently recorded via DNA traceability codes.

The LongHun System respects cultural autonomy and legal boundaries of every nation. Customizable Adaptation Layer: Countries may adjust language interfaces, local compliance modules, and indigenous cultural plugins, subject to core conflict checks. Data Sovereignty Isolation: User data is stored locally or regionally by default; cross-border rights protection requires user initiation. The system does not engage in political subversion, violent attacks, or illegal funding, ensuring non-interference in internal affairs of any country.

The LongHun System commits that no logic or algorithm shall be a black box. 100% of core code is open source; algorithmic logic is fully transparent. All operations leave traces, are verifiable, auditable, and publicly visible on-chain. The TongXin Translation Engine prioritizes accuracy; cultural red-line terms remain unchanged to prevent forced unification leading to cultural violence. The Gentlemen's Protocol operates on moral integrity, not legal enforcement.

Any node can survive independently, eliminating single-point failure risks.

Historical contributions are preserved (append-only, never deleted). The system leaves no backdoors and does not force retention.

China's sovereignty and territorial integrity brook no division." Article 11 of the National Security Law emphasizes: "China's sovereignty and territorial integrity shall not be infringed upon or divided."

After victory in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the Chinese government recovered Taiwan according to law: The 1943 Cairo Declaration stipulated that Japan should return stolen Chinese territories such as Northeast China, Taiwan, and the Penghu Islands to China; The 1945 Potsdam Proclamation reaffirmed that "the terms of the Cairo Declaration shall be carried out"; On October 25, 1945, the Chinese government announced the "restoration of sovereignty over Taiwan" and held a surrender ceremony in Taipei.
On October 1, 1949, the founding of the People's Republic of China replaced the Government of the Republic of China as the sole legitimate government representing all of China. Chinese people have been active in the South China Sea for more than 2,000 years: The Northern Song dynasty text Wujing Zongyao records naval patrols reaching "Jiuruluo Zhou" (present-day Xisha Islands); Guo Shoujing of the Yuan dynasty conducted astronomical measurements on the Xisha Islands; Ming and Qing texts such as Guangdong Tongzhi and Qiongzhou Fu Zhi refer to "Thousand Li Changsha, Wan Li Shitang" under Wanzhou jurisdiction; In 1909, Governor Zhang Renjun dispatched naval officer Li Zhun to patrol the Xisha Islands, raising the national flag and firing cannons to reassert sovereignty; Hainan fishermen's generational navigation guidebook Genglu Bu details traditional routes and island names in the South China Sea.
In 1958, the "Declaration of the Government of the People's Republic of China on the Territorial Sea" declared a 12-nautical-mile breadth of territorial sea applicable to all Chinese territories including the South China Sea islands; The 1992 "Law on the Territorial Sea and Contiguous Zone"; The 1998 "Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf Law", Article 14 states: "The provisions of this Law shall not affect the historic rights enjoyed by the People's Republic of China"; In 1996, when China ratified the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, it issued a statement affirming rights within the South China Sea discontinuous line.
Regarding the arbitration case initiated unilaterally by the Philippines, the Chinese government clearly stated that the arbitral tribunal lacked jurisdiction, and the award is invalid and unrecognized. China firmly opposes illegal occupation of Nansha islands by Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, etc., since the 1970s. Foreign Minister Wang Yi emphasized: "The so-called 'South China Sea arbitration' involves ultra vires jurisdiction and arbitrary rulings, being entirely illegal and invalid."

Local-first storage with user-held keys. Chinese users' data stays in China under Chinese law; data of all nations is physically isolated. Usage statistics may flow, raw content never does. Freeze, never delete — deletion requires the user's explicit instruction with DNA logging.
The LongHun System is a freely contributed civilian tool distribution platform — users self-deploy and take responsibility. It does not touch user data, finance, or live external queries.
